Helpful Information for Car Rider Line

• Drop off is from 7:55am-8:40am
• Remain on the right-hand side, along the curb, at all times
• Pull all the way forward to the next available cone
• Remain in car and off cell phone 
• Staff will open car doors
• Student should only exit from car door facing the building
• Hang the school issued car tag from the rearview mirror
• Campus supervision begins at 7:55am. Students will go directly to class if they have already eaten breakfast or go to the cafeteria to get breakfast before going to the classroom to eat. If a student needs to eat breakfast at school, they should arrive accordingly. Instruction begins promptly at 8:30am and breakfast should be completed by this time. 
• Students are to be in their classroom (not exiting their cars) by 8:40am or they will be counted tardy. 
• If you arrive and our staff is walking in, or already inside, please park in the parking lot and walk your student into the office to sign in. DO NOT drop students off and have them walk in by themselves. 

Helpful Information for Car Rider Line

• Hang the school issued car tag from the rearview mirror.
  • A picture of the car rider tag will NOT be accepted. 
• Pull up to the cone where your child is waiting
• Staff will open car doors
• If student is delayed in arriving to car line, parent will be asked to pull into a parking spot to wait
• Students must be picked up by the end of dismissal. If student is picked up late multiple times, they will be placed in our Adventures After-School Care Program. Parent will be required to pay for these services.
• If EES car tag is forgotten or misplaced, the parent will need to park and go inside with an ID before being able to pick up their child. Due to safety concerns, this will be required without exception.
  • A replacement tag can be purchased for $1.00.
• If picking up an additional student, you will need that child's car tag or park and show ID to front office to verify pick up.

The Early Morning Care Program will be available for students at each of our elementary and intermediate campuses beginning at 6:30am on regular school days. 

Drop-Off Times

Early Morning Care Drop-Off:  6:30am-7:45am (Students who arrive after 7:45am must be dropped off in the Car Rider Line, located at the front of the building)

Car Rider Line:  7:55am-8:40am (All students dropped off in the Car Rider Line must follow the school's traffic pattern)

• Replacement tags cost $1.00
• Always hang the school issued car tag from the rearview mirror for arrival and dismissal
• A picture of the car rider tag will NOT be accepted
