At Ellisor Elementary we are dedicated to providing a safe and highly engaging learning environment. Our staff loves kids and seeks to provide high quality lessons to meet the needs of each child. My name is Katie Fields, and it is my pleasure to serve Ellisor Elementary as the Assistant Principal. I have been in education for 18 years serving as a classroom teacher in various grades, a Reading and Language Arts Instructional Coach, and an Assistant Principal. I am honored to be a part of the Ellisor Bulldog Family as an Assistant Principal.  This will be my 20th year in education during which I have served as a classroom teacher, an Instructional Coach, and an Assistant Principal.  My family and I have lived in the community since 2013, so I am very excited to now be able to play an active role in Magnolia.  I look forward to growing as a part of the Magnolia ISD family and making many fond memories along the way.  Please feel free to contact me at any time: kdent@magnoliaisd.org  

I am so blessed to be the counselor at Ellisor Elementary. Prior to receiving my Master's Degree in Education from Sam Houston State University, I had experience as a classroom teacher for 4 years within the Magnolia Independent School District. As a Magnolia Alumni, I have lived in Magnolia since I was in Junior High. I eventually married my high school sweetheart, Rip, who was born and raised in Magnolia. As Academic Coordinator, I have the amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with our teachers to ensure that all students have the opportunity to learn and grow. I also lead our Student Intervention Team. Collaboratively we provide students with targeted support to meet their needs in the classroom.
